How to be an IAS officer

Cause of failure in IAS examination.

Most of IAS institutions do not teach about  modern method of study to the candidates. They follow conventional method of teaching.

IAS institutions follow same method of teaching which they started 15-20 years back. Most of teachers of IAS institutions do not adopt new methods and new ideas. This is the main reason of failure of IAS students in the examinations.

Some IAS institutions adopt new ideas, new  methods of teaching and revising. These institution's candidates have got highly success in the IAS examination.

Some of IAS institutions have their on motivational speakers and guideline teams and due to this they do not take ideas and methods from any other sources. These IAS institutions make study harder  and their result are not satisfied.

Some IAS institutions and their teachers have made easier to the candidates study.

Some of IAS candidates are not punctual in their study. They think that they are in famous institutions and at any cost they would qualify the examination. But after the examinations candidates  faulse trust break down.

Institutions can  support the candidates to qualify the examinations but not Grant you guarantee that if you are in famous institutions you would qualify the examinations. Therefore it would be nice that candidates must be punctual.

Some of students conduct post graduation as well as IAS preparation both in same time.It can not be possible for candidates to qualify IAS examination in such situation. Such Candidates must choose one way (either post graduation or IAS preparation) if they want to be successful in their life.

Some of candidates lose their patience in very short period of time. They want result in first attempt. They want result in first attempt is good but if they do not able to qualify they must try again and must not give up.second or third attempt of candidates would clear the examination surely.candidates must not change their goal they must improve their study.

Unfortunately,Most of IAS candidates give up their preparation for IAS examination when they are three feet away from their destination.

When you give up preparation for IAS examination it's 100% true you are only three feet away from your goal.Hence,  must not give up preparation.

Candidates must try to attend offline classes instead of  online classes.candidates must give preference to the NCERT books.
